KYC — What Triggers It and How Fast It Clears

We run a lightweight KYC at signup (name, address, DOB) and a full KYC when one of three things happens:

  1. First cumulative withdrawal crosses AU$2,000. Most punters hit this on their second or third cash-out.

  2. A deposit pattern triggers AML review — typically multiple smaller deposits from different rails inside 24 hours.

  3. A withdrawal goes to a different rail than the original deposit (e.g., deposit via card, request via PayID). Industry-standard same-rail policy with a 30-day window after the deposit.

Documents we ask for: government photo ID (driver licence or passport), proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, telco bill), and a payment-method screenshot if requested. Fees

Counter-Thesis: When Our Banking Isn't for You

If you only deposit by Visa and your bank is one of the AU institutions blocking gambling MCCs, you'll bounce. PayID solves it, but if you won't touch PayID (some punters don't, on principle), we're not the right fit. If you need same-day withdrawals over AU$10,000 at standard tier, the cap will frustrate you — Sapphire VIP or higher is the path, and that takes monthly volume to hold.

What to Do If a Withdrawal Sits
