Winspirit

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Winspirit Casino. They apply to every account, every deposit, every bonus and every withdrawal. We've written them in plain English with anchored sections so you can jump to the clause you need rather than reading 2,000 words to find out about KYC. Last reviewed 2026-05-20.

1. The Operator and Licensing

1.1 Who You're Playing With

Winspirit Casino is operated by the licensed entity disclosed on this page, holding a sub-licence in the Curacao eGaming master-licence chain (sub-licence reference within the 1668/JAZ family) issued by Curacao Antillephone NV.

1.2 Registered Entity

Operating company name, registered address and beneficial-ownership chain are published here in section 1.2 of the live site. We do not run shell branding; if you need to verify the entity for your records, the details are on the page in full.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and a resident of a permitted country to register and play. Australia is a permitted country. You must not be on a sanctions list, must not be a politically exposed person without enhanced due diligence, and must not have a self-exclusion in force from a previous Winspirit account.

2. Your Account

2.1 One Account Per Person

One account per person, per household, per shared device, per IP cluster, per payment instrument. Multi-accounting is the most common bonus-abuse pattern; detection runs on device fingerprint, payment instrument, KYC document match, and address.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must register with your real name, real date of birth, real residential address. Mismatches between registration and KYC documents cause withdrawal holds and, repeatedly, account closure.

2.3 Security

Your password is your responsibility. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended. We will never ask for your password in chat, by phone or by email — anyone who does is impersonating us.

2.4 Inactivity

Accounts inactive for 12 months are flagged. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed with the remaining balance refunded to the last verified withdrawal method. We email at the 18-month mark to prompt activity before closure.

3. KYC and AML

3.1 When KYC Triggers

Light KYC at signup (name, DOB, address). Full KYC fires when one of the following occurs:

  1. Your first cumulative withdrawal crosses AU$2,000.

  2. A deposit pattern triggers AML review (typical: multiple smaller deposits from different rails inside 24 hours).

  3. A withdrawal requested on a different rail to the original deposit, outside the 30-day same-rail window.

3.2 Documents

Government photo ID (driver licence or passport), proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, telco bill), and where requested, a payment-method screenshot. Median turnaround on clean documents during AEST 09:00–22:00: 40 minutes.

3.3 Source-of-Funds

For cumulative deposits above AU$10,000 in any rolling 30-day window, we may request source-of-funds documentation — payslip, bank statement, dividend record. This is a regulatory obligation, not a stalling tactic.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

Account base currency is AU$. Crypto deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the moment of confirmation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum

Minimum deposit: AU$20 across all rails (≈ AU$25 equivalent for crypto). Maximum single deposit: AU$10,000. Maximum withdrawal per request: AU$5,000 standard. Maximum weekly withdrawal: AU$20,000 standard. Maximum monthly withdrawal: AU$50,000 standard.

4.3 Lifting Caps

VIP tier Sapphire and above lifts the per-request cap; Ruby lifts the weekly cap; Onyx removes the cap. See the VIP & Loyalty page.

4.4 Processing Times

Processing times are published on the Banking page. We commit to the bands published there. If your transaction sits outside the published band, escalate via chat — that's the purpose of publishing them.

4.5 Same-Rail Withdrawal

For 30 days after a deposit, withdrawals route back to the same instrument used for that deposit. After 30 days, you may request a different rail subject to KYC verification on the new instrument.

5. Bonus Terms

5.1 Eligibility

One welcome bonus per person, per household. You can hold one active bonus at a time. Real-money balance is always played first; bonus balance activates when real money is exhausted (some bonus types vary — read the offer's specific terms at claim).

5.2 Wagering

Wagering is applied to the bonus portion only for match offers. Wagering multiplier is stated at claim (welcome = 35× or 40×, reload = 30×, no-deposit = 50×). Game contribution: pokies 100%, video poker 25%, table games 10%, live casino 5%.

5.3 Maximum Bet During Wagering

AU$10 per spin or hand while wagering is active. Breaching this voids the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.

5.4 Free-Spin Wagering

Winnings from free spins enter your account as bonus credit subject to the same wagering as the parent offer. Per-spin contribution to wagering capped at AU$5 while clearing free-spin winnings.

5.5 Excluded Games

A list of jackpot pokies and high-volatility titles is excluded during wagering. The list is maintained on the Promotions page and inside the bonus claim screen. Playing an excluded game during wagering forfeits the bonus.

5.6 Expiry

Bonuses expire 30 days after claim. Unfinished wagering at expiry forfeits the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balance is unaffected.

5.7 Bonus Abuse

We define bonus abuse to include:

  • Two or more accounts sharing device fingerprint and payment instrument and address.

  • Coordinated low-variance play designed to clear wagering on minimum risk (deliberate hedging across opposite outcomes on roulette while wagering, for example).

  • Claiming a no-deposit bonus across multiple accounts where the underlying identity matches.

Detected abuse forfeits all bonus credit and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits are returned, less any deposit-method fees. We do not silently confiscate real-money balances — we publish the boundary.

6. Game Integrity

Game builds and RTP values are determined by the studios — Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Evolution and others. We do not modify RTPs or fork builds. Studios publish annual independent fairness reports through testing labs; links are available on request.

If you believe a hand or spin returned an incorrect outcome, paste the game-ID (visible on the in-game info panel) into chat and we will pull the studio replay.

7. Responsible Gambling

You may set deposit, loss and session limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) and self-exclusion (1, 2, 5 years or permanent) at any time. Decreases to limits apply immediately; increases hold for 7 days. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. See the Responsible Gambling page for the full tool inventory.

8. Communications

By creating an account you consent to transactional emails (deposits, withdrawals, KYC, account security). Marketing communications require separate opt-in and may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected].

9. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" subject to the warranties implied by Australian consumer law where applicable. We are not liable for losses arising from your gameplay decisions, from third-party payment-rail outages outside our control, or from gambling-related decisions you make.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 First Stop — Us

Email [email protected] with your account ID, transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue. Acknowledgement within one business day; written outcome within three business days.

10.2 Independent ADR

If you remain unsatisfied with our outcome, you may file with Curacao Antillephone NV's complaints office within 14 calendar days of our final position. Their template requires: your account ID, our case reference, a chronological summary, and your desired remedy. We will cooperate with their investigation in full.

10.3 Other Avenues

Australian players may also raise complaints with the OAIC for privacy matters (oaic.gov.au) and may seek independent legal advice. Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction (Curacao), without prejudice to any non-derogable consumer rights under Australian law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Material changes are notified by email and via a banner at the top of the site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Minor edits (typo, formatting) do not trigger notification but are logged in a change history available on request.
